Instant Pot Blueberry Jam




10oz of Organic Blueberries

4 tablespoons of Honey

1 teaspoon of Lime Juice (optional)


1. Use a blender to blend the blueberries into a paste.I prefer the jam to have a little texture so I did 5 pulses.

2.Transfer the blueberry blend into a bowl and add 4 tbsp of honey.Do a taste test, add more honey/sugar to get to your optimal sweetness level.

3.Mix them well and set aside for 30 minutes.

4.Turn on Saute mode, transfer the blueberries into the liner, add lime juice and saute for a few minutes.

5.Pressure cook for 6 minutes with whistle in Sealing mode.

6.Either do a QR or NPR and open the lid after the safety valve has dropped.

7.Turn on Saute mode, and let the mixture simmer for a while.Keep stirring.

8.Once you notice that the jam start to get thicker, turn off IP and let the mixture cool before transferring into a mason jar. The jam will get even harder once its placed in the fridge.

Notes: 1.This Jam goes well with toast/croissants. It can be used as topping in ice cream and can also be eaten with yogurt. ***********************************************************************
